Rachel was sentenced to 51 months in prison on October 17, 2023, on top of nearly 3 years of house arrest, by Judge Royce Lamberth in federal court in Washington DC. Her Biden DOJ prosecutor, Lucy Sun, demanded a higher sentence (8 years in prison). Rachel's worst crime was breaking a window, a misdemeanor. However, she was charged with three federal felonies and six federal misdemeanors (one of which was the broken window). She has no criminal record otherwise, and has eight children and seven grandchildren. She homeschools three of the children, the youngest being eight years old (a girl). Rachel was gainfully employed full time on a salary, paid taxes, and provided a service to her community. Nevertheless, the Biden DOJ is subjecting her to almost eight years of confinement, plus three years of supervised release FOR PROTESTING ELECTION FRAUD ON JANUARY 6TH, 2021. Spread this information far and wide across the planet. This is the United States of America in 2023. The USA is not the home of the free, not the land of the free, not a beacon of democracy and liberty, not the leader of the free world. It is a land of censorship, repression, propaganda, and corruption. Uppity farm girls who speak out against this corruption are thrown into prison. Who's next? You?

Rachel Powell is a Pennsylvania single mother of eight and grandmother of six children, who became known as the “Pink Hat Lady” after she was filmed protesting election fraud at the Capitol building in Washington DC, January 6th, 2021. Rachel, a hard-working, tax-paying American citizen with no criminal record, is now an American political prisoner, falsely accused by the Democrats and the media of being part of a “long-planned and well-funded insurrection," intended to undermine the democracy of the United States, which is total lunacy.

U.S. District Court Chief Judge Beryl Howell, an Obama appointee who supervised the grand jury for Mueller's failed probe into "Russian interference" in the 2016 presidential election, described Powell’s actions on January 6th, 2021 as “so unpatriotic it makes my straight hair curl.” However, Ms. Powell was defending her country and the integrity of our national elections by protesting what clearly appeared to be election fraud in the Biden-Trump election (please watch 2000 Mules). She was exercising her constitutional right to peacefully demand that the government investigate the allegations of election fraud. Instead, she was beaten by police, tear gassed, pepper sprayed, shot at with rubber bullets (the guy next to her was shot in the face), and assaulted with stun grenades. The actions of the police turned a peacefull demonstration into a riot, much of which seemed to have been orchestrated by the FBI.

Judge Beryl Howell ordered Ms. Powell (who spent a week in prison after turning herself in) fitted with an electronic ankle monitor and confined to house arrest since February of 2021, pending trial. Ms. Powell, a yoga enthusiast who homeschools her children, who sold goat cheese at a farmer’s market, and who delivered organic produce to homes in northwestern Pennsylvania, was found guilty of nine federal criminal charges.

Her first lawyer required a $25,000.00 retainer and ate up $50,000 in fees. Her current lawyer also required a $25,000 retainer. Ms. Powell was only a few payments away from paying off the mortgage on her rural home where she was raising her children as a single mother and tending a large garden. She had to sell her house to raise money for legal expenses. Judge Beryl Howell, clearly not a health professional, imposed a face mask restriction on healthy Ms. Powell, requiring her to cover her face whenever she was outside her residence, even when feeding her chickens (during the daily 15 minutes the government allowed for that). Beryl Howell initially wanted Ms. Powell to wear a mask even when inside her own residence, which, frankly, is insanity. Ms. Powell had to petition the federal court to have the mask restriction removed after many months of masking. Thanks to a different judge, the masking was eventually removed.

Rachel, on house arrest with an ankle monitor, was allowed to leave her residence when going to work, to see a doctor, to go to church, or meet with her lawyer. Her prosecuters lied to the court and reported that she violated her conditions of release. Judge Royce Lamberth then ordered her to strict house arrest, not allowing her to leave the house she was living in, despite her being an office manager and sales manager with a salaried full-time job. She has received death threats and hate mail from deranged, ignorant Democrats, and the Democrat media have tried to get her thrown back into prison for not wearing a mask they approve of.  Her social media (Facebook) accounts were handed over to the FBI, then censored and deleted without her knowledge or consent.
